As a first time home-buyer, I had so many anxieties coming into the process, as well as a huge lack of knowledge regarding mortgages and home buying. I learned SO MUCH throughout this process, which is all thanks to Danilo who explained every step and process to me along the way, leaving me with no uncertainties about what we were doing and how things were getting done. He was kind and understanding of my anxieties, and helped me feel grounded and calm throughout the process. He was also fast and efficient in his responses and his requests for documents that were needed throughout. I could not have asked for a more patient and efficient mortgage lender. Despite all of the anxieties I came into the process with, I look back with so much gratitude for Danilo's care and how much I learned in this process. Thank you so much!
